"Kenny" is approximately 17" or 42cm tall and comes with a cute baby koala. They are both born and bred in Australia - Australian made of course!

"Kenny" will be delivered to the winner via Australia Post Registered Mail in Australia or Australia Post Air Mail overseas hopefully in time for Christmas.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter the draw ("promotion") forms part of the conditions of entry.

The draw is open to Australian and overseas residents provided no law prohibits the entry, participation, or conducting of the draw in the resident's country.

The promotion commences at 00:00:01am Sydney Australia time on 1st September, 2007 and closes 11:59pm Sydney Australia time 31st October, 2007 - the "promotion period".

To enter the draw purchase products to the value of at least A$70 (excluding the freight charge) online at the Australiana Online website at www.australianaonline.com.au during the promotion period. For each additional A$70 (excluding the freight charge) spent online at the Australiana Online website receive an additional entry in the draw, for example spend A$140 (excluding freight) during the promotion period and receive 2 entries, spend A$210 (excluding freight) during the promotion period and receive 3 entries.

Purchases must be made online at www.australianaonline.com.au in Australian dollars using a valid form of payment.

For entry to the draw online orders for products cannot be cancelled, altered, or terminated.

The "prize" is a new Australian made soft toy koala approximately 17 inches (or 42cm) tall including a baby koala delivered using Australia Post Registered Mail or Australia Post Air Mail service (subject to Australia Post terms and conditions and overseas Custom laws & agencies).

Any import duties, taxes, or charges if the winner is outside Australia are the responsibility of the winner.

Australiana Online Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damage in transit, theft, loss, or non-delivery of the prize once it has been despatched to the winner.

The prize is not redeemable for cash.

The draw will take place at midday Sydney Australia time on 6th November, 2007 at the premises of Australiana Online.

The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the prize.

The winner will be notified by email and a notice published on the Australiana Online website on 8th November, 2008. The complete address of the winner will not be published.

The promoter is Australiana Online Pty Ltd (ABN 58 113 209 206)

In the event the prize is not accepted or claimed within 90 days of the draw on 6th November, 2007 the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draws at midday on 5th February, 2008 at the premises of Australiana Online to distribute the prize.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, misdirected orders, entries, or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, tampering, theft, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise.

The Promoter has no control over internet communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems related to them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction, or otherwise.

The Promoter, it's Directors, Employees, and/or Agents will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the prize.

If for any reason this promotion cannot take place as planned, including by reason of network failure, infection by virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in it's sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.

If there is a dispute regarding an entry, the entry will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

All entries will be the property of the Promoter.

Directors & employees of Australiana Online Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the draw.
