Robbery Under Arms is the best known novel of Rolf Boldrewood (pen name of Thomas Alexander Brown) and was first published as a serial in the Sydney Mail in 1881 - 1883. The story was published in book form in 1888 and in 1889 a later version was published that was well received in the USA.
